I am a fractional CTO, founder, and engineering leadership advisor based in Spain.

I help software companies make better engineering decisions across architecture, delivery, organization design, and technical strategy. The goal is not more process for its own sake. The goal is to create systems that stay adaptable, support faster value delivery, and remain understandable as the company grows.
